This notice explains how Yao Ying International Co., Ltd. (曜瑩國際有限公司, company registration no. 95471965, Taiwan), which operates the grantclassic brand and its internal management system GrantOS, handles data obtained from Meta's Threads platform. It supplements our store privacy policy, which covers shoppers on grantclassic.com.
本頁說明曜瑩國際有限公司（統一編號 95471965，grantclassic 特經典品牌與內部系統 GrantOS 的營運公司）透過 GrantOS 取得與處理 Threads 平台資料的方式，補充購物網站隱私權政策未涵蓋的部分。
1. What we obtain 我們取得什麼
- From each Threads account that its own owner connects to GrantOS: the account identifier and username, and the posts that account has published.
- From keyword search: public posts matching our product-category keywords — post ID, text, author username, permalink, timestamp and media URL.
- We do not obtain email addresses, phone numbers, follower lists, private messages, or any non-public content about any person.
我們取得：已授權連接之 Threads 帳號的識別碼、帳號名稱與其發布的貼文；以及關鍵字搜尋回傳的公開貼文（貼文 ID、內文、作者帳號名稱、原文連結、發布時間、媒體網址）。我們不會取得電子郵件、電話、粉絲名單、私人訊息或任何非公開內容。
2. Why we use it 用途
Brand social media management only: to find public conversations about the product categories we sell, and to publish helpful replies from our own official account. Every reply is written or approved by a person before it is sent. We do not use this data for advertising targeting, for building profiles of individuals, or for any automated decision-making.

3. Who can see it 誰看得到
Only employees of Yao Ying International who hold the "Social Center" permission in GrantOS. GrantOS is an internal system with no public sign-up. Nothing obtained from Threads is published, resold, licensed or shared with anyone outside the company.
只有持有 GrantOS「社群中心」權限的曜瑩國際員工看得到。GrantOS 是內部系統，不開放註冊。從 Threads 取得的資料不會公開、不轉售、不授權，也不會分享給公司以外的任何人。
4. Processors 資料處理商
- Render Services, Inc. — application hosting (United States)
- Cloudflare, Inc. — file storage (United States)
- Anthropic, PBC — AI drafting of suggested replies (United States)
Each processes data solely on our instructions under a written agreement. The text of a matched post is sent to Anthropic only when a staff member asks for a draft reply, and is not used to train any model.
以上三家均依書面合約、僅依我們的指示處理資料。貼文內容只有在員工按下「AI 擬留言」時才會送到 Anthropic，且不會被用於訓練模型。
5. Retention and deletion 保存與刪除
We keep matched posts only for as long as they remain useful for the purpose described above, and remove them when they no longer are. You may ask us to delete any Threads data we hold about you at any time — see our data deletion instructions.
搜尋撈回的貼文只保存到不再需要為止。您隨時可以要求我們刪除與您有關的 Threads 資料，做法見資料刪除說明。
